Self-check tools for physio decisions
Short self-checks to help you decide your next step. Every result has a WhatsApp button if you want a physio recommendation.
How to use these tools
These self-checks are not diagnoses. They help you organise symptoms before messaging a physio: pain behaviour, red flags, stage of recovery, likely urgency and the kind of appointment that may fit. If a result points to urgent care, use A&E first and return to physiotherapy after medical clearance.
For non-urgent results, send the tool name and result over WhatsApp together with your postcode. That gives us enough context to suggest whether clinic physio, home visit, a hospital review or simple self-care is the sensible next step.
Do not use the tools to rule out serious problems. New weakness, groin numbness, unexplained fever, chest pain, fainting, suspected fracture, stroke signs or worsening post-surgery symptoms need medical care before physiotherapy matching.
