How we handle your information
What you tell us on WhatsApp, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. WhatsApp us if you have a question this page does not answer.
What we collect
When you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, your display name, and whatever you type — typically your postcode, your condition, your preferred language, and your availability. We do not run a website form, we do not collect email addresses, and we do not place phone calls. If you send a photo (for example a referral letter or a scan), it stays in the WhatsApp conversation; we do not upload it elsewhere.
How we use it
We read what you send to match you to a partner physiotherapist in Seremban or Nilai by language, condition, and area. The match itself is human — a person reads your message and replies. We do not run automated profiling. We do not use your message content to retarget ads.
Who sees it
The WhatsApp conversation is between you and Physio Seremban. When we hand you off to a partner physiotherapist, we forward only the details needed for them to help you — typically your condition, your area, and your contact preference. After the introduction, your conversation with the partner is between you and them; we are not a party to it.
How long we keep it
We keep the enquiry log (your message and the match we made) for up to 12 months so that if you message us again we have context. After 12 months we archive it; archived logs are accessible only to the editorial owner and are deleted after a further 12 months. Conversations you have directly with the partner physiotherapist follow the partner clinic’s own retention policy, not ours.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses minimal first-party analytics to count page views and understand which guides are read. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or behavioural retargeting. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we honour it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time, on WhatsApp, to delete your enquiry log. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days. You can also ask us to stop matching you to partners, to share what we hold about you, or to correct it. There is no fee for any of these.
Children
If a parent or guardian messages us about a child (for example for paediatric physiotherapy), we treat the parent or guardian as the contact and apply this policy to their information. We do not collect information directly from children.
