What we do
We help patients across Negeri Sembilan find a physio that fits their case, including home physio if you can't travel. Tell us your condition and area on WhatsApp, and we point you to one that matches.
What this site is
A physio directory and WhatsApp matching service in English, Bahasa Malaysia and 中文. We don't diagnose, prescribe or manage treatment; that's the registered physio's job.
Why a directory, not another clinic
Most patients find physios through Google Maps, where ranking reflects ad spend and reviews, not clinical fit. A directory separates "strong website" from "right physio for this patient".
Clinical review
Every condition, treatment, comparison and full-guide page is reviewed by a Malaysia-registered physiotherapist before it goes live. Full guides are re-reviewed every six months; other clinical pages at least annually.
Editorial independence
No partner physio can edit, approve or block the content of any condition, treatment, comparison or guide page. Rankings inside our internal matching logic are based on clinical fit and location, not commercial terms.
Privacy & contact
Every enquiry routes through WhatsApp, so your message is end-to-end encrypted. We handle your details under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and never sell or trade your information.
How we keep matches useful
A good match depends on more than distance. We look at condition type, preferred language, clinic access, home-visit need, post-surgery restrictions and whether the case should start with a doctor instead of physio. That is why we ask a few details on WhatsApp before suggesting a next step.
