Contact us
One channel only: WhatsApp. No phone number, no contact form, no email address to fill in.
Why WhatsApp only
Enquiries usually need back-and-forth to clarify the condition and area. WhatsApp handles that on a platform you already use; forms and phone calls don't.
Hours
Monday to Saturday, roughly 9am to 7pm Malaysian time. Messages received at night or on Sundays are answered the next working day.
What to include in your message
Send your town or postcode, the main symptom, how long it has been going on, your preferred language, and whether you need clinic-based care or a home visit. If you have a referral letter, scan result or post-surgery instruction, mention it before booking so we can avoid matching you to the wrong physio.
What happens to your details
We use your message only to understand the request and suggest a suitable physio option in the Seremban, Nilai or Negeri Sembilan area. Do not send full identity card numbers or unrelated medical records. A short summary is enough for the first match.
Where we can help
Most matches are in Seremban, Nilai, Senawang, Rasah, Seremban 2, Bandar Sri Sendayan, Port Dickson and nearby Negeri Sembilan towns. For areas outside our active coverage, we will tell you plainly instead of pretending every postcode has the same options.
What happens after you send it
We usually clarify the main goal first: pain relief, return to work or sport, safer walking, caregiver training, or post-operative milestones. From there, we may suggest a relevant page to read, a clinic or home-visit direction to consider, or urgent medical review if the message includes red flags.
If it's urgent
We are not an emergency service. If you have red-flag symptoms (sudden weakness, incontinence, chest pain, stroke signs, severe injury), go to the nearest A&E or call 999.
Not sure which physio fits your case?
Message us on WhatsApp with your condition and area: we'll point you to a physio in Seremban or Nilai that matches.
