Part-time role

Part-time clinic physiotherapist, Seremban

Take fixed session blocks at partner clinics around Seremban town, Rasah and Senawang. Ideal for physiotherapists who want predictable hours and a treatment room without running their own space.

Not every physiotherapist wants to drive between homes all day. The part-time clinic arrangement is for physios who want a proper treatment room, predictable session times, and a steady flow of outpatients, but only for part of the week and without the commitment of a full-time post or their own clinic overheads.

Working with Physio Seremban, you take fixed session blocks at partner clinics around Seremban. We route matched outpatient enquiries to the clinic sessions you cover, so you spend your time treating rather than chasing patients. It is a natural fit for physios balancing family, study, or a second clinical role.

Pay for this role

Clinic session (hourly) approx. RM 50–90/hour
Typical session block 3–4 hours
Rate depends on experience, caseload and the clinic arrangement

Indicative ranges. Hourly rates vary with your experience and the specific partner-clinic arrangement. Public Malaysian physiotherapist pay averages roughly RM 2,800–3,000/month full-time; part-time sessional work is proportional. Confirm your rate directly when you apply.

What the work involves

You treat outpatients in a clinic treatment room during agreed session blocks. A typical caseload leans musculoskeletal and sports:

  • Low back pain, slipped disc and sciatica, common among Seremban–KL PLUS commuters and Senawang shift-workers.
  • Neck, shoulder and elbow complaints, including frozen shoulder and tennis elbow.
  • Knee and ankle rehabilitation for recreational athletes and post-injury cases.
  • Post-surgical follow-up once a patient is mobile enough to attend in person.

Because you are in a clinic, you have equipment on hand and, often, colleagues nearby, which makes this arrangement friendlier for physiotherapists early in their careers.

Predictable hours

The appeal of this role is structure. You commit to specific session blocks, for example two weekday evenings and a Saturday morning, and we route referred outpatients into those slots. Your week is planned in advance, which suits physios juggling parenting, postgraduate study, or another clinical commitment.

Sessions are typically based near Seremban town, Rasah or Senawang, within easy reach of the KTM Seremban line and the Seremban interchange, so patients can get to you and you can get to the clinic.

Who this suits

This role fits physiotherapists who prefer a clinical setting over travelling to homes, and who want dependable hours. It works for experienced clinicians topping up their week and for fresh graduates from USIM, Nilai University or INTI International University who want structured early-career experience with equipment and support around them.

Strong musculoskeletal assessment, clear exercise prescription, and the ability to explain a rehab plan in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin are the core skills.

How referrals reach you

Patients contact Physio Seremban on WhatsApp with their condition and area. When an outpatient case fits a clinic session you cover, we route it to you. You confirm the appointment and treat the patient in the clinic room.

There is no cold-calling and no lead fees. You cover the sessions you agree to and no more, and you can adjust your session commitment as your other responsibilities change.

You are a good fit if you

  • Are MAHPC-registered or eligible to register
  • Prefer treating in a clinic room over home visits
  • Want predictable, pre-agreed session hours
  • Have solid musculoskeletal and sports rehab skills
  • Are balancing family, study or another clinical role
